We believe Recovery is as important as your training to maintaining top performance, whether that’s in sports or general everyday life.

Having a flexible and mobile body will help you live pain free for longer and help you train at a higher level.

We have a unique blend of Recovery services available at our Royal Resistance Recovery room, from Sports Massage and Stretch Therapy, to Red Light Therapy and NormaTec compression.


Sports Massage

Whether you have an existing injury, or just want to improve your flexibility or range of motion, a sports massage can help.

Sports massages work by releasing tension from muscles or fascia.

We offer massages specific to clients needs so our trained therapists will assess your requirements and set up a tailored massage or course of massages to support you.


Assisted Stretch Therapy

Stretching should form part of everyday life for us all, but sometimes it’s difficult to how how best to stretch. 

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique form of assisted stretching, that improves functional mobility, athletic performance and reduces pain. 

This form of therapy allows you to go deeper into stretches as therapists work with your bodies movement to improve joint flexibility.


Red Light Therapy

Also known as photobiomodulation, Red light Therapy uses both Red Light and Near Infrared Light (NIR) wavelengths to bring a myriad of benefits to the body

A 20 minute treatment can help reduce inflammation and pain in muscles and joints, increase blood flow and circulation throughout the body, promote collagen production to improve the appearance of your skin and promotes connective tissue health.

NormaTec Compression Therapy

NormaTec Compression suits offer cutting edge technology to speed up recovery from intense training

The compression works in waves to push lactic acid, inflammation and other waste products out of the muscles into lymph for drainage out the body. 

Bookable in 20, 40 or 60 min slots this gentle massage will help you get back to your training quicker, and can also be used pre workout as an effective warm up for your muscles.
