We’re excited to get started on your Royal Resistance journey!

 

What do I do now?

1. You’ll need to fill in this questionnaire before your first class.

2. We will give you a call and book you into the right class for you! If you would like a 1-2-1 please let us know on the call so we can make some plans to get you started.

• Please arrive 5 – 10mins early for your first class and bring some water.
• The classes are for all levels so please don’t worry if you’re new to training (just take the easier option). If you have been training consistently then make sure you give 100% from start to finish (take the harder option).
• The classes are fun and everyone is friendly so don’t worry if you are coming down on your own or if you’re new to the area.
• We also have social events throughout the year to celebrate achievements and it’s a good chance to get to know the members.
