Class Descriptions:

Royal Resistance Class = High intensity but fun! Group training class open to all levels of ability and fitness. The class is always different which keeps it interesting and your body guessing.

Boxing & Fitness Class = Improve you boxing technique and fitness level all in one class. All levels welcome and sparring is optional.

Junior Boxing & Fitness Class = Coaching boxing and getting the youngsters fit at the same time.  Suitable for ages 10-17 years old, all fitness levels welcome. Sparring is optional.

High Intensity Strength Work = High intensity class which also focuses on Strength training. This is competitive but encouraging class.

Yoga = Building core strength whilst relaxing muscles and learning key breathing techniques. Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Run Class = Outdoor running class for all levels. We always mix it up with intervals, sprints, parachutes, hill reps and steady runs.

Adults and Juniors Work Out= A fitness class for adults and the kids!
