Class Descriptions:

Royal Resistance Class = High intensity but fun! Group training class open to all levels of ability and fitness. The class is always different which keeps it interesting and your body guessing.

Boxing & Fitness Class = Improve you boxing technique and fitness level all in one class. All levels welcome and sparring is optional.

Junior Boxing & Fitness Class = Coaching boxing and getting the youngsters fit at the same time.  Suitable for ages 10-17 years old, all fitness levels welcome. Sparring is optional.

High Intensity Strength Work = High intensity class which also focuses on Strength training. This is competitive but encouraging class.

KettleBell Sport & Flow = Kettlebell lifting is an organised sport best described as endurance weightlifting.  This class will teach the lifts involved in KB sport, and lay down challenges that will test your strength endurance & cardiovascular system. The final third of the class will introduce different kettlebell flows to improve mobility and strength within varied movement patterns.

Yoga = Building core strength whilst relaxing muscles and learning key breathing techniques. Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Run Class = Outdoor running class for all levels. We always mix it up with intervals, sprints, parachutes, hill reps and steady runs.

Parents & toddlers = A fitness class for parents and toddlers to work out and have a load of fun! One child per parent.
