Session Descriptions:

Royal Resistance = High intensity but fun! Group training sessions open to all levels of ability and fitness.

Royal Resistance – Rumble = Improve you boxing technique and fitness level all in one class.

Royal Resistance – Rebels = This one’s for the kids! Suitable for ages 5-9 years old, all fitness levels welcome.

Royal Resistance – Rivals = High intensity session which also focuses on Strength training. Competitive but encouraging sessions.

Royal Resistance – Reshape = Building core strength whilst relaxing muscles and learning key breathing techniques(Starts Wed 23rd May).

Royal Resistance – Revolution= A fitness class for adults and the kids!
